I Only Eat When I'm Hungry

Eating food only when we are hungry is most natural way of living. Most of the people eat just to kill the time and some people eat as an habit or to satisfy their taste buds.

Bravo! What an excellent idea to be fit and lean. I actually never thought this far to lower my body fat because I have a bad habit of eating every time.
