Make Yourself a Priority

It's a lot of work and so much harder than being rundown, depressed, overweight and out of breath.  It is much easier to accept defeat, make a sandwich or take a smoke break.  You have to invest your time and energy in YOU in order to make changes and get the most out of life.  Is today your day?  I admit - LIFE can knock the wind out of you but you only have one go round as you and as an old co-worker used to tell me - "tomorrow isn't promised."  One more quote for you - "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."  Today can be your day. And please understand - I am not even talking about what I can help you with. Your first steps may be tiny and private but GO FOR IT. You always have a reservoir of courage - tap in and take the first steps.
