Delete!

DELETE!  I watched one of my favorite positive thinking shows this morning.  The speaker talked about negative programming. His premise was that when you realize the patterns you have that hold you back, press the DELETE button in your mind and reprogram.  While he was using this as a life tool and suggesting it for all aspects of your life I'd like to remind you of the relation it has to overeating or smoking.  You have patterns in your brain that connect food or cigarettes to circumstances or emotions and those patterns keep you connected to those habits no matter what willpower you conjure up and how long you battle the behavior.  Changing the programming is your best tool. It takes away the struggle and creates new healthy patterns that then become your natural behavior. Hypnosis is a natural way to create those new programs. Through deep relaxation your brain becomes more suggestible and is willing to accept an override of past programming.  It's the key to new behaviors and a healthy happy life.
